We encourage everyone to pre-register—those who do, will receive their lineup position & may go directly to that spot, for those who DO NOT pre-register, forms will be available at the parade lineup. Forms must be filled out, signed and turned in at the start table. The parade order of late entries will be decided by the parade organizers at the start table on the eastside of the Wagner Community School. 1.) There will be no semi-trailers allowed in the parade. 2.) You must have a valid driver’s license to drive through the parade. 3.) Throwing candy from your float or vehicle is NOT allowed. 4.) ALL entries must be pre-registered/registered with the parade organizers at the start table. Failure to do so will result in non-judging. 5.) Horse owners are responsible for their horses & their equipment. I understand that the Wagner Labor Day Committee & Parade Committee require the use of walkers to distribute candy or other favors. I will use walkers to walk along the curb to distribute candy or favors. I agree that no candy/ favors will be thrown from my vehicle/float on the parade route. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed on any parade unit. Any violation of the conditions will result in your entry being pulled from the parade route by parade volunteers. I understand that I am responsible for any animal or equipment used in this parade.
